Eigenschaften:
1. Die Soft-Start-ER-Funktion besteht darin, den Einschaltstrom zum Zeitpunkt des Starts zu reduzieren, um den Aufprall der Maschine am Netz zu reduzieren und die Lebensdauer des Schalters zu verlängern.Diese Platine verwendet einen extrem hohen Strom (100a) reines Kupfer-Fußrelais und 4 große Thermistor NTC 20D-20, der die Maschine effektiv schützt und übermäßiger Startstrom verhindert.
2. Diese Karte erfordert keine Hilfsnetzteile.Es hat nur 2 Terminals, eins ist mit dem Leistungseingang (vor einer Schaltsteuerung) verbunden, und ein Ausgang ist mit der Last verbunden, was sehr bequem zu verwenden ist.
Arbeitsprinzip:
- In der Anfangsphase des Einschalts wird die Last durch einen Thermistor mit einem negativen Temperaturkoeffizienten geliefert.Wenn die Temperatur des Thermistors ansteigt, nimmt der Widerstand ab und die Spannung steigt langsam an, wodurch der Aufprall des Stoßstroms an der Linie und anderer elektrischer Geräte wirksam unterdrückt wird.Einschlag.Nach ca. 2 Sekunden zieht das Relais in (einstellbare Pull-In-Zeit, siehe Bild Einzelheiten), Kurzschluss des Thermistors, die Stromversorgung liefert die Stromversorgung direkt mit der Last durch den Relaiskontakt, und die Last tritt in das Normal einArbeitsstatus.
- DETO Nator-Funktion: Um die Auslösewahrscheinlichkeit des Entladungsrohrs zu erhöhen, gibt es auch einen Auslöser in der Entladungsröhre.Diese Art von Gasgefüllten Entladungsrohr hat einen zweipoligen Typ und einen dreipoligen Typ.
